1. Overview
AgwdPack specializes in custom packaging products including boxes, labels, printed bags, and other personalized materials designed to your specifications. Each item is produced on demand after you confirm your design, text, colors, and measurements.
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- We do not accept general returns or exchanges.
- All sales are final once production begins.
- Custom items cannot be returned unless they meet the exceptions below.
2. Custom Orders — Final Sale
When you place a custom order with AgwdPack:
- Your item is created according to the specifications you approved.
- Because production begins after confirmation, you agree that the products may not be resold to another customer.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom designs solely due to change of mind.
👉 If you need to update your design before production starts, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help you adjust your order prior to production (subject to timing and feasibility).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive the exact packaging you ordered and expect each product to be free of flaws. If your order arrives with a printing error, manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved design, we will take action:
What You Should Do:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or error
- Description of the issue
How We Will Help:
- We will arrange pickup of the incorrect item(s) at no extra cost to you.
- Once confirmed, we will produce and send a replacement that matches your approved design — free of charge.
Note: This process applies only to errors made by AgwdPack (printing mistakes, wrong dimensions, color mismatches not matching approved proof, etc.). We do not replace items where the customer’s design was final-approved and then considered unwanted afterward.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for products other than those with genuine quality or fulfillment errors are not available due to the customized nature of our work.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the rare case that we cannot fulfill your order (e.g., production issues or inability to reproduce the item). In such cases:
- We will notify you promptly.
- You may request a refund or choose a different design/product.
- Refunds, if issued, will be processed in the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business daysdepending on your bank.
6. Shipping & Collection
- Incorrect or defective products that qualify for replacement will be collected by our team at no cost to you.
- Replacement production and shipping will be handled by AgwdPack.
- We aim to minimize delays whenever possible.
